Copy of Will of George Easterling late of Ebford in the parish of Woodbury in the County of Devon, Tailor, deceased.
Exectrix Grace Easterling of Ebford aforesaid the Widow
Proved in the Principal registry of the Lord Bishop of Exeter the 12th June 1834.
Effects sworn under Ralph Barnes, Dept Reg, Exeter 1834
For Executors Appeared personally Grace Easterling of Ebford within the parish of Woodbury in the County of devon the Widow and one of the Executives named in the last Will and Testement of George Easterling late of Ebford within the parish of Woodbury, Tailor deceased who died 14th day of May 1834 and made oath, that she hath made diligent search and due enquiry after, and in respect of the personal estate and effects of the said deceased, in order to ascertain the full amount and value thereof: and that to the best of her knowledge information and belief the whole of the goods chattles and credits of which the said deceased died possessed within the diocese of Exeter (ecclusive of what the deceased may have been possessed of or intitled to as a trustee for any other person or persons and not beneficially and without deducting any thing on account of the debts due and owing from the deceased) are under the value of £100 to the best of this deponents knowledge , information and belief. And the deponent lastly made oath that the said deceased was not possessed of or entitled to any leasehold estate or estates for years either absolute or determinable on a life or lives to the best of this deponents knowledge information or belief.

I george Easterling give all my goods and all that is mine too my wife Grase Easterling as long as she livs single. But if Gras Easterling the wife of George Easterling marieth too a Nother man then I George Easterling givs all to my three children, Bety Braithwite and Isaac Easterling and Mary Ann Easterling. And if Gras Easterling livs single shee is to have the hole and after shee is dead and then I George Easterling givs all that is left to my three children wich nams is a Bove to be equikel divided to each of them

and Marey Ann Easterling is to bee joynt execter with her mother Grace Easterling and after deth on mary ann Easterlings mother if there is ten pounds a seaved I give it to mary ann Easterling and agree to take her part as far as the rest what theyr mother leaves after she is dead and mary ann is to see that her mother grace Easterling is taken care of as long as shee livs

To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Sowton in the said County, These We the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Clist St George in the said County of Devon, Do hereby own and acknowledge George Easterling to be an Inhabitant Legally settled in our said Parish of Clyst St George
