This is the last will of me Robert Frederick Carter of 55 Horsell Road, St Paul's Cray, Orpington, Bromley, London, retired waterman ands lighterman
1. I wish to be cremated and my ashes scattered over the garden of rememberance adjorning the crematorium.

2. I appoint my sons Perter Robert Carter and Bernard John Carter to be my execurors.
3. Subject to the payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts, I give all my property to such of them my children Perter Robert Carter, Bernard John Carter, Terrence Robert Carter and Sheila Durbridge as shall be living at my death and if more than one as tenants in common in equal shares. Provided that if any of me said children shall die in my lifetime leaving a child or children at my death, such child or children shall take by way of substitution and if more than one as tennants in common in equal shares the share which his or her parent would have taken had he or she survived me and attained interest.
