THOMAS EASTERLING, Deceased

Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35.

NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other having any claims against the
estate of Thomas Easterling, late of No. 15, Duke Street, in the city and county
of Bristol, Gentleman, deceased (who died on 18th November 1882,
and whose will, with a codicil, thereto, was proved in the Bristol District Registry of the
Probate Division of Her Majesties High Court of Justice on 6th December, 1882, by
Mary Emma Easterling, Susannah Courtnay Easterling and Thomas Alfred Easterling,
all of No. 15, Duke Street aforesaid, the executors thereof), are hereby required
to send particulars of their claim to us, the undersigned, Solicitors for the said
executors, on or before 31st January, 1883, after which date the said executors
will distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto,
having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice.
Dated the 19th day of December, 1882.
